Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how YouDomo Pay handles personal information.

01Who We Are & Scope

YouDomo Pay is a scheduling, booking, and payments platform for small businesses, operated by YouDomo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices You have.

It applies to Merchants who create a YouDomo Pay account and to Customers who book or pay through a Merchant’s page. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service. By using the Service, You agree to the practices described here.

02Information We Collect

From Merchants

From Customers

Payment information

Card and bank details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited information about a payment, such as its status and amount.

03How We Use Information

04Our Role: Merchant Data & Customer Data

We handle two kinds of information differently.

If You are a Customer and want to access, correct, or delete information about Your booking, please contact the Merchant first.

05How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only in these situations:

06Stripe

Stripe is the payment processor for YouDomo Pay and uses Stripe Connect to verify and onboard Merchants. When You connect a Stripe account, Stripe collects information directly from You, which can include identity documents, date of birth, tax details, and bank account information. We do not receive or store most of this information.

Stripe’s use of Your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy and the Stripe Terms.

07Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to keep You signed in, remember Your session, and operate the Service securely. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

You can control cookies through Your browser settings. If You block essential cookies, parts of the Service may not work.

08Emails & Notifications

We send service messages, such as booking confirmations and updates, because they are part of the Service. Merchants are responsible for any marketing messages they send to their own Customers and for obtaining any consent the law requires.

09Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it.

10Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep Your login credentials private.

11Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where You live, You may have rights over Your personal information, such as the right to access it, correct it, delete it, or ask for a copy. Merchants can update most account and business information in their dashboard.

To make a request about Merchant account information, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify Your identity first. Customers should contact the Merchant they booked with. We may keep certain information where the law allows or requires it.

12Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Merchants must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If You believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13Where Information Is Processed

The Service is operated from the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States. If You use the Service from another country, You understand that Your information will be transferred there.

14Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may link to websites and services we do not control, including Stripe and Merchant websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

15Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will change. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let You know.
